Private lessons

Those classes are reserved for you or your friends / family relatives. No other player can be added.
All levels are welcome. We will adjust our coaching regarding the players. It’s a good way to either focus on you and your needs or to spend time with your loved ones ( parents and kids, couples, BFF... ), in a funny and energetic way.

3 different options:

• 1:1 class

• 1:2 class

• 1:3 class

All private lessons will last 1h.

Group lessons

Those classes are great to meet new people or spend time with those we know already.
Each group is made in a way that all players have similar levels. During those classes we will cover technical, physical, tactical and mental aspects of the game using drills, theme points with the appropriate equipment for any level.

Group classes will be separated in 2 programs:

• Kids program

• Adults program

Group classes duration:

for kids:

- 10 or under: 1h
- 11 years old and more: 1-2hrs.

For adults:

group classes are 2hrs.

Kids program

This program will start with the 3 years old tiny tots.
We will help the kids developing their motor skills using specific tools: balls different colors and sizes, targets all shapes and colors, footwork equipment...

Adults program

This program will include drills, points, footwork exercises.
We will cover both singles and doubles aspects of the game.

We will organise it in 3 levels

⁃ Beginner: 1.0-2.5
⁃ Intermediate: 3.0-4.0
⁃ Advanced: 4.5 and above
